This is a position that is difficult to accurately describe by its title because it’s a unique opportunity for the right person who possess strong sales and leadership skills, has an excellent work ethic, is detail oriented and is organized.

Who we are looking for:






We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a job but wants a career. We need someone who can jump right in and become part of our team and grow with us. This person needs to be a highly motivated sales-oriented individual who has a desire to work hard and assist in the expansion of a growing and profitable business using their sales and customer service skills in a key leadership role. It is a rare opportunity to work in a small environment and have an immediate impact from your efforts. This is not an entry level position. We will only consider candidates for this position who have at least 3+ years of related work experience.






Duties & Responsibilities:






In a small firm (currently 6 people) each employee has variety responsibilities and thus learns many aspects of our business and garners a broad range of experience.





Sales/Business Development - - The primary responsibility for this person will be to expand our customer base through an aggressive sales campaign as well as actively monitor customer renewals (the proprietors of lodging properties) while up-selling company services. We provide sales training and support to enhance your current skills, but you must possess prior similar experiences to be considered for the position.





Customer Service -- The person filling this position will serve as a backup to our primary Customer Service Representative when she needs assistance or is unavailable by answering customer questions and assisting them with their accounts, primarily by telephone. They will also help customers to create their online advertisements for their lodging properties.






Qualifications & Skills:






• Strong attention to details, a sales aptitude and a commitment to preventing errors, solving problems and increasing company revenue.


• Exceptional sales, phone, customer service and organizational skills.


• Ability to perform routine duties independently, setting priorities and scheduling own work in accordance with job description and performance goals.


• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.


• Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.


• Must have sound knowledge and ability in business correspondence and an ability to proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy.


• Must be able to operate a computer and be proficient in Microsoft programs including but not limited to Excel, Outlook and Word. Must be able to learn other software programs.
